• Background checks include employment background, business due diligence summaries, skip tracing or attempts to locate people, various types of civil and criminal records searches, as well as customized reports related to social media, credit data, professional or government licensure records, liens, motor vehicle records, sex offender listings, warrant records, workplace verification, property holdings, phone searches, news reports, missing persons, court records, bankruptcy, death records, evictions, known addresses, etc.

• Surveillance-related, technology-related, or other specialized investigation requests are considered on a case-by-case basis and are contingent upon considerations of legality, location, safety and reasonability. For all queries, following initial consultation, a decision will be made regarding whether this firm can accommodate the potential client's requested need. If so, a customer service agreement will be drafted and a price quote will be issued, stipulating the agreed-upon service and its price.

• Service agreements typically fall into one of three billing types: 1) flat fee, 2) recurring fee, or 3) hourly rate.

• Following your free consultation, a consideration will be made about the location of your subject or subject matter, and of the legality and reasonability of your query. Clients receiving data reports are charged a one-time flat-rate fee. Services involving ongoing data report monitoring are billed as recurring fees, (i.e. weekly or monthly). Clients who enter into more specialized investigation agreements will be asked to provide available information to assist the investigator. If your request is more appropriately suited for law enforcement or legal professionals, Braswell Communications Inc. will inform you of that.

• Service agreements and billing statements are generated within 12 to 24 hours, or one to two business days maximum, depending on the current company workload. For many clients, receipt of requested data report(s) fulfills and concludes their service agreement.

• More complicated investigations generally require a pre-investigation meeting before an investigation can be accepted, or service proposed or billed.

• Braswell Communications Inc. protects the confidentiality of all client-related interactions and case files to the fullest extent of the law.
